This former historic Greyhound Bus Station terminal was constructed in 1947. The building is one of the best examples of Streamline Moderne architectural styles in North Florida. Designed by a prominent Architect, W., S. Arrasmith who also designed more than 100 Greyhound Bus Stations between 1938-1957. Many of Arrasmiths designs are recognized in the National Register of Historic Places. The application process is underway for the Daytona Beach building. Extensive exterior and interior design concepts, floor plans, & renderings have been finalized and are available, bringing the building back to its original splendor and beauty while enhancing the architectural elements and capturing the art-deco era as well. Current designs conceptualization was for an elaborate 2-story office building, approximately 10,600 SF, but this building is suitable for a multitude of uses such as retail, professional, showroom, bar/tavern, etc. Currently zoned RDD-2 and in an area of Resturants, Night Clubs, and shoppes in beautiful Downtown Daytona Beach Florida.
